Why has Tiptoe been withdrawn from sale?

Sandboxing and other security measures are being introduced to various applications that Tiptoe works with. As a result supporting Tiptoe is becoming problematic. Rather than continue to sell an application that we won't be able to fully support, we think it is best to withdraw Tiptoe from sale.

What support will there be for Tiptoe customers?

We plan to support existing customers as much as we can within the limitations of Tiptoe's current design and Apple's security measures.

I have purchased Tiptoe, where can I get the latest version?

If you purchased Tiptoe through the Mac App Store you can install the latest version from the Purchases section of the Mac App Store.

If you have purchased Tiptoe directly from this website the latest version of Tiptoe (1.2.4) is available for download here.

I purchased Tiptoe recently, can I have a refund?

Customers who purchased Tiptoe on or after July 1st, 2012 are welcome to a refund

If you purchased Tiptoe directly from this website using PayPal on or after July 1st, 2012 - you should have received an email from us offering you a refund. If not please contact us.
