There are two main reasons why your registration may not get to you.
1. Some email service providers and some email programs can become over zealous when filtering spam emails: check your junk mail folder to see if the email is there.
2. Is the email you have registered with PayPal still operational? If you are not sure, you can test it by sending an email to yourself. If you don't receive your own email, try contacting your email service provider to resolve the issue or contact me at support@zenopolis.com using an alternative email account.
